Best-practice routing draft
Contact Talent Drop
Choose the route that matches what you need. This keeps booking enquiries, performer applications, promoter proposals and privacy requests separate and reviewable.
Booking enquiries
Search the approved performers, choose a profile and use the private booking form. Include the venue or project, a practical description and enough timing information for the team to route the enquiry. Sending an enquiry does not confirm availability or create a booking.
Performer applications
Performers aged 18 or over can use the application form to describe their work and Scotland connection. Applications are privately reviewed and are not published automatically.
Promoter opportunities
Talent Drop’s recommended first advertising model is a manually reviewed opportunity listing, separate from performer search rank. The proposal route, prices, moderation owner and commercial terms are not active yet. No listing should be promised or paid for until those items are approved.
Privacy and data rights
For access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal or another privacy concern, the proposed dedicated route is privacy@talentdrop.scot. That public mailbox is not active yet; activation required before this page can be published as a working route.
When the mailbox is active, include your name, the email used for the application or enquiry, the submission reference if available and what you want Talent Drop to do. Do not email identity documents unless the operator specifically requests proportionate evidence through a secure route.
Recommended service target: acknowledge within two working days and complete a valid request within one calendar month unless a documented exception applies.
Profile or content concerns
To report inaccurate, unauthorised, harmful or rights-infringing profile material, use the confirmed public mailbox once active. Identify the page, the specific material and the concern. Talent Drop should restrict disputed material while it is reviewed when that is proportionate.
Security reports
Do not include passwords, access tokens or exploit details in a public form. The recommended process is to send a concise report to the confirmed public mailbox, mark it “Security”, preserve evidence and avoid accessing or altering other people’s information.
Recommended response standards
- Automated receipt or human acknowledgement: within one working day for ordinary enquiries.
- Privacy requests: acknowledge within two working days; target completion within one calendar month.
- Urgent security or mistaken-disclosure reports: reviewed the same working day.
- Booking and performer decisions: acknowledge promptly and give a realistic next-update date rather than promising acceptance or availability.
These are operating targets, not guarantees. Coverage, holidays and escalation ownership require client confirmation.
